We use Australia Post as our delivery service, $10 for standard shipping under 0.5kg within Australia. Shipping is based on weight.

Australian customers receive free shipping for orders over $99.

New Zealand customers receive free shipping for orders over $150.

International shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We are a small husband-and-wife team fulfilling orders from Brisbane, Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, and you’ll be notified by email once your parcel has shipped. Delivery speeds vary by location, and peak or holiday periods may result in short delays.

Not at all. TRULY. is bleach-free and residue-free, designed to preserve fabric integrity. It won’t cause fading, stiffening, or damage—only restore your garments.

Yes, Truly. offers 900ml refill pouches. These are now available on on 1, 2 & 3 month subscription plan.

We'd hate to see you go, but we make it easy. Here's how:

1. Log in to your account — head to trulyco.com.au and click Log in in the top
   right corner OR go to the Subscription Management at the bottom of the page. Enter
   your email and password (or use the magic link sent to your inbox).
2. Go to Subscription Management — once logged in, navigate to Subscription
   Management (you'll find the link in the website footer, or go directly via My
   Account → Subscriptions).
3. Select your active subscription — click on the subscription
   you'd like to cancel (e.g. Premium Stain + Odour Remover 300ml — Monthly).
4. Choose 'Cancel Subscription' — scroll to the bottom of your
   subscription details and select Cancel Subscription. You'll be asked to
   confirm.
5. Confirm cancellation — follow the prompts to confirm. You'll
   receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Good to know: You can also skip a delivery or change your
frequency at any time — no need to cancel entirely. If you're running low or
stocked up, skipping is your easiest option.
