Love it. Only downside is that I find the smell very chemically but that’s understandable. Cheaper than dry cleaning!

Makes buying beautiful clothes a lot easier, I used to stress oh I shouldn’t buy this because it will get make up on it. Or the kids will ruin it in one wear! Now knowing I have something that actually works, is easy and so so versatile brings so much comfort. I use it on my clothes, my husbands and all our kids plus have used on a sofa at our Airbnb that was going to have to be thrown away. Honestly it’s excellent. I highly recommend a subscription - so well priced and shows up right when I need it!!

Is it expensive compared to supermarket brand stain removers? Yes. Does it successfully removed washed-in daycare paint and stains, lipstick, sweat stains and smells, general dirt, food stains etc without having to soak and wash and rewash? Also yes. The bone agitator tool is great, and honestly I am happy to pay for products that work, and to support a local family-owned business.

Best laundry product I have used! It's managed to get years worth of stains out of out of kindy and third hand school clothes from marker pens to acrylic paint. I can't fault this product! Spray and rub and watch the magic happen 🙌

This product is incredible!!! I’ve just had a baby and treated myself to some new walking clothes. I wore my new, white t-shirt once and it got stained by sunscreen around the neckline. I tried all my usual tricks (Napisan, soaking etc) and nothing worked. I was pretty bummed. I came across this product on social media via a friends account. Admittedly, I was a bit sceptical but wanted to try it and also support a family business. The website was easy to use, the parcel arrived quickly, and the packaging was cute. This is amazing. I had makeup stains on two of my good tops, one being a knit and the other a linen and had tried several other products to no avail. Only needed to do the once and both stains came out. Then also thought I would try it on deodorant stains under work shirts and this also worked though did process twice. Am so glad I purchased this product and would recommend it to others.

I’ve been putting Truly to the test over the past few weeks and I’m honestly blown away by how well it works. I’ve thrown just about every kind of stain at it , from mystery marks, food spills, coffee and even blood. So far it hasn’t missed a beat. It’s one of those products you try once and then immediately start mentally listing all the things you want to rescue from the back of your wardrobe. Tonight i tried it on a favourite work dress I’ve had for about ten years. I’d tried everything to get the unknown stains out of it with no luck. One round with Truly (and the agitator!) and they disappeared!! I actually stood there staring in disbelief for a moment. Trust me , this is a must have product for every household . It has paid for itself multiple times over!

I am so happy I made the switch to this product. You can see it working before your eyes while seeming very gentle on the fabrics. The bone agitator is a bonus as I had no idea how important that part of the process was. I was so impressed by the design and packaging - I didn't want to throw the box away!
